     Hi, I am a dual board-certified nurse practitioner in Psychiatric Mental Health and Adult Gerontology Acute Care with over 11 years of combined experience in both in-patient and out-patient settings. I deliver a fresh, integrative approach to mental wellness in Colorado. 

     Grounded in patient-centered care, I integrate evidence-based interventions with compassion to support clients, beginning at age 13 throughout the lifespan. My focus encompasses all areas of psychiatry, and I have a special interest in PTSD, and complex trauma. 

     My goal is to achieve a therapeutic alliance that feels both safe and empowering by building genuine rapport, exploring  treatment objectives, mapping out personalized goals, and partnering with you at every stage to develop a collaborative treatment plan, equipping you to live your best life.
